픽션 워크, MOVE: Art and Dance Since 1960sOn the Spot 프로그램, 국립현대미술관, 과천

보는 감각이 특화된 미술관에 사람들은 무언가를 보러 온다. 그렇게 보러 와준 사람들의 시선에 대해 퍼포머는 반갑게 알은척을 한다. 그 반응을 통과하면서 사람들은 퍼포머의 상태를 천천히 의식한다. (시선운동 스테이트먼스)

Gaze Movement (2012)

An art museum is centered around visual perception. People visit it to see something. The performer welcomes the gaze of such visitors. Walking through her reaction, the visitors gradually become aware of he status of the performer. (The statement for Gaze Movement)

픽션 워크 : 국립현대미술관은 9명의 작가가 국립현대미술관(과천) 속에 삽입시킨 우연적 사건들 속에서 작동된다. 관람객은 백남준의 <다다익선> 앞에서 이 허구의 여행을 공동으로 시작할 수 있다. 그러나 그 과정은 관람객 스스로 9개의 사건들을 대면하는 것으로 완성될 수 있다. (김장언 기획글 중)

“Fiction Walk: National Museum of Contemporary Art takes effect somewhere in between the incidental happenings induced by nine artists at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Gwacheon, Korea. Visitors can start this fictional walk together in front of Paik Nam June’s The More, the Better.
